Email notifications

When an object changes its state to one of the selected ones, the system can send email notifications.

Recipient email address is a required field.

It is possible to add another recipient to the field Copy to.

To send the message to greater number of people, separated email notifications must be set.

Text of the notification can be modified in Notification templates.

You can use properties as variables in Email and Copy to fields.

To do this, create a property that stores an email address, and then use it in the Email or Copy to fields:

{{properties[property_name]}}

You can use the same syntax with properties defined with dictionaries.
