Incidents (Configuration)

Incident levels are used with setting Alarm generation conditions.

This tab allows an administrator to:

  • change levels

    • colors,

    • names;

  • add comments and description to incident levels;

  • view the priority of the incident level;

  • add new custom levels using the button ;

  • remove previously created states using the button Delete level.

The tab is available for users with the permission to manage system configuration.

The standard level set is created by default and includes:

  • ALARM

  • CLEARED

  • MAJOR

  • WARNING

Alarm level CLEARED is a special alarm level that is applied automatically to cleared alarms. This alarm level doesn’t have priority.
