Incident levels

Incident levels are used with setting Alarm generation conditions.

This tab allows an administrator to:

  • change levels

    • colors,

    • names;

  • add new custom levels using the button image;

  • remove previously created states using the button image.

The tab is available for users with the permission to manage system configuration.

The standard level set is created by default and includes:

ALARM

CLEARED

MAJOR
